It's complicated to setup your in-room voicemail, but it can be done:
1) From your phone, call Oxford University Telecommunications Help Desk at: x88888. Tell them you're not in need of substancialsubstantial assistance, you just need them to read back to you your 5 digit internal phone number that is appearing on their caller-ID screen. Anyone within the University network should be able to ring your room by dialing that 5 digit set of numbers. Also, your number from the outsite world would then be: 01865-4XXXXX. You can confirm this with the operator at the Oxford helpdesk.
