Succeeding the wonderful Gerard Vong, as Academic Affairs Rep I will be organizing a series of MCR/SCR seminars (held on various weekdays from 1-2 in the Rainolds Room). Please contact me at <kelly.shannon AT ccc.ox.ac.uk> if you are interested in presentingpresenting. in Trinity Term! I encourage you all to come to the seminars - not only is it a great way to learn about the interesting research being done by fellow Corpuscles, students and fellows alike, but there are also free sandwiches! I am also happy to help with any (and I mean ANY) academic questions you have - just shoot me an email or grab me in the MCR, where I can often be found positioned near the biscuits.
When not fulfilling my official duties, I sometimes look after my own academic affairs as an MSt (and, eventually, DPhil) student in Classics by squinting at ancient handwriting in the papyrology room or researching the role of religion in the works of Tacitus.
